Data Deletion Options

How to Request Deletion

Send your request from your registered account email to support@bcn.rndn.org with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your account identifier (email/phone), requested scope (account closure, selected data, or all eligible personal data), and optional reason.

Identity Verification and Response Time

BCN verifies identity before processing deletion to protect users against unauthorized requests. Verified requests are handled within legally required timelines (typically within 30 days, depending on jurisdiction and complexity).

What May Be Retained

Even after deletion requests, BCN may retain minimal records required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, tax/accounting compliance, chargebacks, unresolved disputes, and security auditing.
