By creating an account, signing in, placing orders, or otherwise using BCN web or mobile services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate profile information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account. BCN may require verification steps to protect users and prevent fraud.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

Product prices, inventory, promotions, and delivery windows may change without notice. BCN may reject, hold, or cancel transactions where we detect fraud risk, technical errors, legal restrictions, or policy violations.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse BCN systems, bypass access controls, scrape private data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with platform availability. BCN may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, legal non-compliance, or integrity risks.

5. Privacy and Data Rights

Use of BCN is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where applicable (including GDPR/UK GDPR and similar global frameworks), you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of eligible personal data.
